Noreen Jameel
Noreen now lives in London after spending 20 years travelling the world reporting from conflict zones. Award winning head of foreign news for American Vice News Tonight. She was also one of the first five employees who landed in Doha in 2005 to launch Al Jazeera English. Always ready to meet a challenge head on. Married mum of two Noreen contracted Covid-19 in December 2020 and was diagnosed with Long Covid in February 2021.
Emily Kate Stephens has spent the past 20 years making TV. Working with NBC News on foreign and domestic coverage for over a decade, and a multitude of other major European broadcasters covering everything from the pandemic to politics, terrorist attacks to Royal Weddings. A logistical mastermind, Emily loves solving problems and telling a good story. A mother of two, she contracted COVID-19 in March 2020 and spent a year wondering what was happening to her body and mind, before being diagnosed with Long Covid in April 2021.
